New Year’s Resolutions usually include some form of “getting back in shape,” or adopting a new exercise routine, or editing former dietary habits. By spring time, or at least during spring break, many resolutions have fallen by the wayside. Well, if you have an active kiddo who’s always in need of burning off daily energy (or calories), then a great, active, simple, fun way for you to kick off spring is at your local trampoline park! Jump around! Yep, a trampoline park! It’s the newest hangout for kids of all ages. It’s simple, fun, and guaranteed to ensure that kids (and you) will burn off LOTS of calories! Trampoline parks are simply huge, indoor facilities that contain various sizes and designs of trampolines! Some are curved, round, rectangular, or have cushioned walls. Kids and adults can bounce away for recreational and/or competitive purposes. It’s quite an adventure. Depending on which location you choose, you either pay for a certain number of minutes/hours to jump around, or you purchase a packet which may include unlimited jump time. Each packet (usually) includes a required pair of skid-free socks for wearing during your stay.
